The Community Resource Person at the Rwanda Climate Change and Development
Network is Aggrey Rwibasira. Aggrey has worked at RCCDN since 2022. Before working at
this organisation, Aggrey was a Community Outreach Officer for over a year at another
NGO. He also has earned a bachelor’s degree from Unilak in Business Administration.
