Rwibasira Aggrey is the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at RCCDN under Terrafund Project. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.

He worked as a District Outreach Officer for Hingaweze Project for 4 years, and also worked for Rwanda Grains and Cereals Cooperatives (RGCC) for 2 years as the Marketing Officer and , worked for Rwanda Development Organisation in charge of Data Entry Manager for 6 years.
