management approaches, product and system standardization, auditing, and certification His
work in the agro-industry sector spans enterprise development, technology transfer, market
linkage, and export promotion. Rutagyengwa Charles holds a Master of Business
Administration degree specializing in Project Management, with a background in Food
Technology and extensive training in areas such as Market Access, Agriculture Best
Practices, Organic Agriculture, standardization and Quality Certification.
