Mrs. Nibagwire Donatha is a passionate advocate for gender equality, holding a bachelor’s
degree in Political and Administrative Sciences from the University of Rwanda. She currently
serves as the Gender Officer and TROCAIRE-funded Projects Coordinator at the Rwanda
Climate Change and Development Network (RCCDN), with a special focus on membership
at the Network. With over 20 years of professional experience, she has developed an
impressive track record in organizational and project management, gender mainstreaming,
safeguarding and peacebuilding. Her work extends across teamwork, collaborations with
local governments, national institutions, and international non-governmental organizations.
