Donatha is a gender champion and holds a bachelor’s degree in political and administrative
sciences from the University of Rwanda. She currently serves as a gender officer and
TROCAIRE funded projects coordinator with a special attention on membership at RCCDN.
For the last 20 years, she has accumulated experience in organizational and project
management, gender equality and mainstreaming, women’s empowerment, child protection,
gender-based violence prevention, peace building and conflict sensitive development, unity
and reconciliation with local government, nation and international non-governmental
organizations.
