James works for RCCDN as a Program Officer in charge of
Advocacy. Alongside his advocacy work, he is also the focal
person of the Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit Nationally Determined
Contributions project aimed at enhancing civil society organizations role in implementing the
nationally determined contributions from the United Nations Framework Convention on
Climate Change in Rwanda. James has a Bachelor’s degree in Human resource
management from the School of Finance and Banking and has experience working with
government, international NGOs, and the private sector. He is also the project coordinator
for the National Virunga Park Expansion Project.
