Regis is the Director of Finance and Administration and has worked for RCCDN since 2022.
He has a Bachelor’s degree in accounting sciences from the National University of Rwanda
and a Masters degree in Finance. Regis has a certificate of Corporate Governance from the
Institute of Directors India and a certificate in International Public Sector Accounting
Standards from the United Kingdom. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Rwanda and has
been involved in the finance sectors in various positions since 2008.
